Children
Ministering to the needs of Children is very important to us here at Spring First Assembly. We are excited about every aspect of the Children's Ministry at Spring First. From the creative décor of each classroom to the dedicated teaching staff, you'll find a commitment to the excellence that reflects our desire to reach and teach children in these Last Days.
We care about each and every member of your family and invite you to look at all the different ministries we offer. We want to bless you and your family and encourage you to become involved as we endeavor to build the kingdom of God together.
Babies are special here at Spring First and our nurseries are designed to meet the needs of children from birth to three years of age. Our rooms are divided by age and staffed by loving and caring workers. The nursery is open during every regular service. For the convenience of our parents, we have a special room set aside for our nursing mothers. It is located in the nursery area.
Our Children's Church is designed to teach boys and girls, ages 4-11, how to understand and involve themselves in a regular Worship service. You'll find that our Children's Church parallels our adult service in many ways: praise and worship, recognition of first time visitors, prayer request and ministry time, offerings, special music, Bible preaching, object lessons, plus loads of fun. In our Children's Church you will find dedicated adults who lead the kids by example in Worship and around the altars. Our service time is 10:00 AM.
Royal Rangers is a ministry that reaches across the United States and in over 65 nations around the world. Royal Rangers is held on Wednesday nights in the Royal Rangers facility. It motivates boys spiritually through Bible study and memorization, devotionals, and Christian role models. Boys are strengthened mentally by an advanced awards-based weekly program. Further, the boys increase their physical prowess by participation in age-specific activities and recreation. Finally, they are introduced to church, community, and nature-related activities to develop their social skills and awareness.
The Girls' Ministries program is an exciting program for girls and is held each Wednesday night in the Learning Center. Missionettes get their name because they are a missions teaching and supporting organization. The program also teaches girls about many other areas of life. These include ministering to others; stewardship of time, money, and talent; prayer and Bible study; witnessing; and the home. Each club within the program has its own uniform. The girls earn awards as they learn about life and Jesus.
