Families There is nothing better than having a solid God-based family. At Spring First Church we teach what the Bible says needs to happen in order to achieve that. There are many opportunities for you, your spouse, and your children to get involved here at Spring First Church... Seniors Ron & Juanita Geuder If you are 55 or older, come and join our active Super Seniors. The seniors meet the 1st Wednesday of every month for breakfast and fellowship at Denny's at I-45 & Cypresswood at 9 AM. The 3rd Saturday they meet at Spring 1st Church at 11:30 AM for a pot luck luncheon and service. The seniors stay very active with various trips each year with both day and overnight trips. The goal is to have fun and fellowship with each other and our Lord. The Leaders of the group are Ron and Juanita Geuder. When the marriage relationship is hurting, the family is hurting. Couples seek marriage counseling and are often given the advice to divorce, when the reality is, divorce is not the answer. Covenant provides the foundation for romance, love, and all the things that those with a hurting marriage are seeking. Do you want your family to be vital and victorious? To be successful in the ways that count. To have a home where your children learn to love God, love others, and see the example in you that will give them the desire to follow you. Much of the material will be taken from "MMI" and "Love For A Lifetime". This will also be a class with separate fellowships each month. Men's Ministries Jimmy Hoffart Spring First Men's Ministries stays very active with a variety of ministries including: Monthly meetings, Golf & Fishing Tournaments, Skeet Shoot, Mission's Trips, and much more. The ultimate goal of Men’s Ministries is to challenge men to become Godly husbands, Godly fathers, Godly supporters of their pastors, and full-fledged servants of the Lord Jesus. Lori Young serves as the Director of Joy Fellowship. There are 16 different ministries that serve our church through Joy Fellowship (see ministries below). There is a place of ministry for everyone. Joy Fellowship meets monthly – please contact Lori or the church office for a schedule. We invite you to become a part of what God is doing for such a time as this.
